These projects represent just a sample of our work. We welcome a diverse range of work, and have deep experience with new construction and renovation. Our primary interests include planned communities, individually commissioned houses, multi-family housing, manufactured housing, equestrian buildings, club facilities, performing arts centers, sound studios, commercial offices, retail stores, restaurants, and showrooms.

Services

As a full-service firm, we provide site planning, residential and commercial architecture, and interior design services. Our capabilities cover every phase of a project, from feasibility studies, programming, and design, to construction documents, bidding and construction observation. Our experience includes steel frame new construction and renovation, poured in-place concrete, masonry, heavy timber buildings and frame buildings.

Recognition

The international architectural community has consistently recognized the work of Frederick Phillips & Associates. Recent honors include Distinguished Building Awards from the American Institute of Architects, Record House Awards from Architectural Record, a Grand Award from Residential Architect, an American Architecture Award from the Chicago Athenaeum and various other local and national awards. Our projects have been published in periodicals and books, and exhibited nationally and internationally.
